Roughly 100,000 National Guardsman and Reservists got to Zonk out early this past Saturday morning due to the supreme leader's squabbling in D.C.
The last second drill cancellation was met with great joy from many a troop across the nation. From Privates to Generals, it is well regarded as a weekend better spent at the local watering hole, working towards their next article 15.
As the shutdown continues, many Soldiers eagerly look forward to missing February's mandatory fun drill weekend as well.
